What it is

An asset you’re ready to release. Capital you need now.

Equipment after a project. Vehicles you’re letting go. Stock you’re liquidating. Assets at end-of-life with residual value. Instead of waiting for auction day, you get capital today. We prepare the asset, manage the sale through Lloyds, and the auction proceeds close the loan.

No marketing to manage. No listings to monitor. No buyer enquiries to handle. You get the funds today and the sale runs without you. No credit checks. No financials. The asset is the conversation. Nothing else.

How it works

From offer to funding, in hours.

Most of the time it’s done the same day. You send us details on the asset, we come back with indicative terms, the value gets confirmed independently, the asset goes into the auction process, and the money lands in your account.

We move at the pace of your situation, not the pace of a credit committee.

Common questions

What brokers and business owners ask.

The questions that come up most when an asset goes to auction. If yours isn’t here, give us a call.

How long until the asset is sold?

Typical sale window is 4–8 weeks. It depends on the asset category and the next available specialist auction. We can give you an indicative timeline upfront once we know what we’re selling.

Who runs the sale?

Lloyds Auctions runs the sale. They handle everything: cataloguing, marketing, the auction itself, settlement. You don’t need to be involved.

What if the asset doesn’t sell at auction?

We work with you on options. Most assets sell at the first auction. If yours doesn’t, we discuss re-listing in the next auction, adjusting the reserve, or alternative settlement.

Do you check my credit history?

No. We don’t run credit checks, ask for financials, or take personal guarantees. The asset is the conversation.

Does the asset need to be owned by my business?

No. It can be a director’s personal asset, a third party’s, or the business itself. What matters is that the title can be transferred to the buyer at sale.
Capital today. Sale tomorrow.
