Park It
Asset stored. Capital today.
ABL lends against an asset you already own, in three structures: Park It (we store the asset), Track It (you keep using it, GPS-tracked) and Sell It (the sale closes the loan). Typically 1 to 3 months, extendable to 9, with no penalty to exit after month one.

Asset stored. Capital today.
Keep using it. Capital today.
Capital today. Sale completes the loan.
It comes down to one question: what do you need the asset to do while you borrow?
Choose Park It. We store the asset for the length of the loan, so it gets our best rate. Often the right fit for personal assets such as vehicles, boats and high-value goods.
Choose Track It. A working business asset stays on the job, GPS-tracked, so the business keeps earning while it borrows.
Choose Sell It. The asset goes to auction and the sale closes the loan, with any surplus returned to you. A strategic exit instead of a fire sale.
Every product works the same way at the core: we lend against an asset you already own, with no credit checks and no financials. Indicative terms come within two hours, and we release funding once the asset is secured, typically 24 to 48 hours from enquiry. The only thing that changes is what happens to the asset during the term. See how it plays out in bridge funding, emergency funding, ATO debt funding and DPN funding.
All three lend against an asset you already own. With Park It the asset is stored with us for the term. With Track It you keep using it, GPS-tracked. With Sell It the asset goes to auction and the sale closes the loan.
Park It. Because we hold the asset for the length of the loan, it gets our best rate, so it suits assets you can spare. Track It suits working assets that need to stay in service.
Yes, with Track It. Working business assets stay with you, with normal use and GPS tracking. With Park It the asset is stored with us, and with Sell It it is prepared for auction.
Yes. The asset can be owned by the business, by a director personally or by a third party, as long as it is owned outright or mostly paid off, ownership is clear and we can secure against it. Work assets can stay in use with Track It. Personal assets are usually best suited to Park It.
We release funding once the asset is secured. Indicative terms come within 2 hours, and funding is typically 24 to 48 hours from enquiry. Our record is six hours. The main variable is how quickly the asset is made available.
Most terms are one to three months, and we can extend up to nine if you need more time. You can exit any time after month one with no penalty, and you pay only for the days you use.
No. We don't run credit checks and we don't ask for BAS, tax returns or financial statements. We assess the value of the asset, not the borrower.
Yes. ABL provides short-term secured commercial lending. The loan is secured against an asset, not your home or other property.
Loan amounts are $20K to $1M, depending on asset value. Park It and Track It typically advance up to 70% of the asset's value. Sell It advances up to 50% of the sale estimate.
Talk to us early. We work with you on options, including an extension. If repayment isn't possible, we sell the asset to clear the loan and return any surplus to you.
