Assets we fund every day:
You get up to 50% of the value in your account the same day. We then run a full auction campaign through established buyer networks — that takes time, but it achieves a better result than a private or distressed sale. Any surplus after our advance comes back to you.
We negotiate with bidders after the campaign. If still below reserve, we’ll come back to you for instructions — you can accept the lower amount and receive the surplus after commission, or return the advance and have your asset back.
